For S30 owners that want a side-view mirror mounting option other than door or fender mounting, this is a great upgrade.
Skillard's aluminum trim-mounted mirror bracket plates allow you to mount mirrors securely to the trim of the car. They elevate the mirrors for better visibility and really tie in the resto-mod look.
These are sold as a pair and come with mounting hardware.
Made to work with the APR GT3 mirrors, however you can select to have the mirrors included or just order the brackets. Also available with a "no mirror holes" option in case you want to drill and mount a different mirror that is not the GT3. These plates require drilling 2 holes in the lower window trim for mounting (rivets). See installation video, below, for details!
We also produce a billet door mirror mount option.

Had some questions about the mounts and stickers and Ben went WAY above and beyond to get them answered and handled!
My car came with the driver's side mirror only, and that had to go. So, these came across my page and I knew these were the ones I wanted. Install was a breeze minus the small adjustment phase. The only thing that I would change is having a small hole cut into the mounting plate that would allow easy tightening of the screw that holds the mirror in position. Otherwise, you have to separate the mirror from the mount, tighten the screw, and then remount the mirror... all while my loosening the screw you just tightened. Aside from that, these mirrors look beyond amazing and give the car a sleek look/design.
NOTE from Skillard: the feedback from this product review prompted a design update and now our brackets include a small hole to allow easy access to the screw for tightening. THANK YOU for your feedback and support, Carlos!
