Skillard, LLC SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description: Skillard's SMS service prioritizes promoting new products, discounts, and sales promotions. It's the best and most reliable way to be the first to know about limited inventory, special discounts and exclusive promotions.
Frequency: You will receive occasional messages.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sales@skillard.com.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Any goods provided to you by Skillard, LLC other than as expressly provided in a written agreement between you and Skillard, LLC are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, or other rights held by others.

Skillard, LLC does not endorse, nor recommend modification of vehicles for use in public highways, since warranty or government regulations may be violated. As an express condition of sale of any performance part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use the performance parts for the modification of vehicles in sanctioned OFF-ROAD competitive events only. While every effort is made to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner installation, modification, and unusual stress that performance parts are subject to. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the product. All aftermarket products should always be installed by professional customize shops only.

Along with purchase made from Skillard, LLC, Buyer agrees to the following:

Condition of Sale: All sales are final and all products sold by Skillard, LLC (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer.

Special Orders: All special orders require payment in full before product begins assembly or manufacturing. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that payment is forfeited immediately to Skillard, LLC and is returnable by Skillard, LLC at their discretion. Skillard, LLC shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

Contingencies: Skillard, LLC shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course Skillard, LLC's business.

Warranty / Liability: Skillard, LLC's sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. Skillard, LLC gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Skillard, LLC will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.

Performance Products: Skillard, LLC does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Skillard, LLC is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.

Installations: Skillard, LLC does not perform installations. Although we design parts for easy installation, Skillard, LLC recommends installation by a licensed automotive professional.

Payment Information and Options: No personal or company checks accepted under any circumstances! We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal and the payment methods they accept.

Final Note: By purchasing from this site. You have accepted the terms of agreement. Due to the fact that these are competition parts we all love and want to use, high stress is put on everyday driven factory vehicles and race vehicles.

We hope you understand that we do not claim any competition part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, or worry free as some manufacturer's claim their product to be.

We are not responsible for products that were not purchased directly from Skillard, LLC or parts that were originally purchased from Skillard, LLC and have been re-sold by any private individual(s).
