Skillard’s Strut Tower Fillers are a durable aluminum upgrade for one of the rear interior’s frequently overlooked factory pieces.
From the factory, the lower portion of the rear strut tower vinyl in your Z is supported by a simple cardboard filler wedge. It did the job when the car was new, but after decades of age, moisture, and wear, those original fillers are often soft, deteriorated, or no longer worth reusing in a quality restoration.
Our Strut Tower Fillers are CNC-cut and formed from lightweight aluminum to give this area a more solid, lasting foundation. Whether you’re refreshing a worn interior, replacing damaged factory materials, or finishing a cleaner custom build, these offer a noticeable improvement in both durability and appearance.
Sold as a pair, they are available in a raw aluminum finish or black powder coating. Rivnuts and machine screws are also included if you choose to mount the lower tabs to the rear deck.
