Skillard's 240Z Glove Box replaces the cardboard factory glove box with an all-aluminum one.
Later, Datsun switched to a plastic glove box on the 280Z, after realizing that cardboard may not have been the best choice.
Our aluminum box is modeled after the OEM style so that the factory heater ducting won't have interference.
This aluminum glove box is CNC cut and formed from .050" aluminum. Flush-mount nut PEMs are installed. Then the glove box is assembled with stainless steel machine screws, providing a stout, yet lightweight (under 1.5 lbs), much needed glove box upgrade for the 240Z.
The black powder coated version is coated after assembly, so the nut PEMs and the machine screws used in the box's assembly will be coated as well.

*Dash mounting hardware may need to be removed so that the dash can be tipped up in order to slide glove box in from the rear (firewall side) of the dash.
