ALUMINUM DASH | NISSAN | 300ZX Z31

Skillard's lightweight aluminum race style dash is specifically designed for the Nissan 300ZX Z31 1984-1989

This is a great option to save weight, customize your gauges and switches, replace a cracked worn out dash, or maybe you simply don’t like the look of the factory dash.

Many of you are already aware of how low the OEM Z31 dash drops down, and maybe, like us, have caught a shin on it as you moved in and out of the car. With our aluminum dash, we have changed the angle and raised the lower portion of the dash for much more leg room. This, coupled with our seat mounting brackets, makes the Z31 even more enjoyable for tall drivers. 

Our 300ZX Z31 aluminum dash comes with the option to add a dash center panel that ties the dash into the Skillard Z31 Center Console. See the drop down menu options to select the dash plate cutout option that best works with the vision you have for your build. 

We offer two dash cutout options. First, cutouts for only the defrost vents. This is a great choice if you plan to customize everything else to fit your vision and specific setup after you receive the dash.

Second is our option with the defrost cutouts as well as pre-cut holes that you can use to install aftermarket gauges (gauge hole sizes are 4.25″ for the 2 large holes to fit many 4.5″ aftermarket gauges and 2.6″ for the 4 small holes to fit most 2 5/8″ aftermarket gauges).

The dash is available in raw aluminum or black powder coat.

Installation hardware is included, as well as two aluminum end caps that can be removed for easy access to reach behind the dash without removing it like you need to do with the OEM dash.

Some OEM components will need to be removed to allow for the dash to fit properly. Please watch the installation video and then reach out to us if you still have questions.
